If you don't like it.....

If you don't like your goods when they arrive, you can take up to 7 days to decide whether to keep them or not. If you do decide to return them in a resalable condition, then you will need to pay the cost of the return transport and also the cost of insuring the goods. Before we can refund any money back to you, you will also be subject to a re-stocking charge.

How much is re-stocking charge....

Any goods that have been returned to us (other than damaged/faulty) are subject to a re-stocking charge. The percentage that you are charged is a direct reflection of our cost for re- shelving the goods with our supplier/s.
a) Goods that we have ordered in to fulfil your order may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
b) Special Order Products (custom & bespoke items), may not under any circumstances be returned (except that of a warranty replacement).
